HR Intern

Position Summary:

Stupp Bridge Company is seeking candidates for the position of HR Intern.  The position is for Summer 2018 with the possibility of continuation during the Fall and Spring semesters.  Primary duties include supporting key HR, Safety and administrative functions.  We are seeking a candidate with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with various HR and Safety duties and projects.
• Assist with plant continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform general administrative duties daily.
• Flexibility in performing other duties as needed.

Requisite Education and/or Training:

• Demonstration of knowledge based in HR

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

• Project management and time management
• Ability to organize and coordinate scheduling
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of ADP is a plus
• Safety knowledge is a plus
