Systems Administrator

SUMMARY

Responsible for providing and managing network support for multiple locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develop technical solutions for business problems
• Implement IT related projects as defined by the IT steering committee
• Network user administration; server, and end-user administration including building access control security.
• Document network systems, network architecture, operations procedures, and software licensing. Monitor and review security audits, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure optimal business networking solutions.
• Provide end-user support for desktop operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain telecommunications systems.
